Nanotechnology DNA Origami CdSe Quantum Dot for Effective Listeria Monocytogenes Food Pathogen Detection
Aiming to tackle the common Listeria foodborne pathogen that survives even in refrigerated conditions, I looked to nanotechnology for solutions. By employing Quantum Dots, Listeria that previously required lengthy cell culturing for detection can now be identified in real time!
Bioactive Peptide Production at the Innovative Food Processing Technologies Research Group
Relocating to Bogor, I joined the IFPT research group at IPB University under the mentorship of Professor Azis Sitanggang. I conducted research on the production of anti-diabetic, anti-hypertensive, and anti-inflammatory bioactive peptides using enzymatic hydrolysis in a continuous membrane reactor for scalable nutrition.
Indonesia National Research and Innovation Agency
I shadowed Professor Drajat Martianto on his research regarding micronutrient gap analysis on fortified rice kernels. This research was conducted in collaboration with Indonesia's Ministry of Health and the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition.
Sigma Xi: Scientific Research Honor Society
I authored a research paper on probiotic and phenolic compounds in sorghum fermentation. Following my research, I served as a Sigma Xi officer for two years, sharing my passion for research with other enthusiastic members and providing guidance along the way.
